I offer a gentle, attuned, and client-centered approach to trauma recovery, recognizing that each individual’s experience is unique and deserving of a pace that aligns with their own needs. My work integrates mindfulness, family systems theory, creativity, ritual and ceremony, EMDR, somatic therapy, and more, providing a holistic and personalized path forward.

Through restoring balance to your nervous system using somatic modalities, neuroscience-based tools, and psychoeducation, we’ll work together to reconnect you with your truth and reclaim the path ahead. As you move forward, you’ll rediscover your passions, reclaim your sense of belonging, and reignite joy and excitement for the future, while reconnecting to supportive resources, communities, and the natural world around you.
