Clinical Supervision

I offer comprehensive clinical supervision for associate therapists and counselors on the path to full licensure in Washington State, and any fully licensed clinician in the USA seeking additional supervision support. I offer both in-person and Telehealth consultations, for individuals as well as groups.

My bottom-up approach is grounded in mindfulness-based somatic therapy, while also integrating psycho-education about the nervous system, trauma research, attachment theory, and the neuroscience of change. I also find that a nuanced understanding of how systemic influences contribute to our beliefs, values, struggles, and strengths can help us stay curious about our clients, and understand a diverse range of lived experiences.

When we understand how to work with clients through an attuned mind-body connection, we can delve beyond the narratives often explored in traditional talk therapy and get to the deeper work that is necessary for furthering self-knowledge, compassion, and change. Rather than remaining anchored in theoretical discussions, supervision will involve experiential learning, somatic awareness, and un-blending from parts that create countertransference, along with practical support for your current caseload.

Additionally, I bring a wealth of knowledge for how to incorporate innovative modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Gestalt, Hakomi, Expressive Arts, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into therapeutic practice. I also provide specialized guidance for professionals working with clients on psychedelic integration, drawing on cutting-edge research in this emerging field.

My hope is that through supervision, you find a style of practice that not only nourishes and supports your clients, but also nourishes and supports you!
